ELISE HOGENDOORN
	Home Personal Stock New Work '04	Elise Hogendoorn was born in the city of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Elise received her professional education at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague and was instructed by Co Westerik, Piet Heldoorn, Willem Minderman and Dirk van Gelder. The paintings presented in this collection were made using a variety of materials including ink, watercolors, oil, acrylics and charcoal. They are characterized by an almost poetic silence with hints of Japanese masters, especially in her early period. Her paintings, after numerous international exhibitions, can be found in some influential private collections and large companies in Europe, North America and the Far East Elise currently resides in The Hague, the Netherlands and can regularly be found exhibiting in the halls of the art society Pulchri Studio.
